Director, researcher, Doctor of Medical Genetics, doctoral supervisor. Researcher at the Reproductive and Stem Cell Engineering Institute of Central South University, director of the Department of Andrology at CITIC Xiangya Reproductive and Genetics Specialty Hospital. He also serves as the vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Reproductive Society, vice chairman of the Urology and Andrology Professional Committee of the Hunan Medical Association, vice director of the Sperm Bank and Reproductive Andrology Group of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Monitoring and Evaluation Professional Committee of the China Women and Children's Health Association, member of the Fertility Preservation Professional Committee of the China Women and Children's Health Association, and expert of the National Assisted Reproductive Technology Review Expert Group. He presides over one provincial and one municipal-level project, participates in two National Natural Science Foundation projects (both as a major participant), has published more than 30 SCI papers, and currently undertakes the management of the human sperm bank and andrology laboratory, sperm cryopreservation and genetic counseling, etc. He has won the first prize of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award.
