Department Introduction

The nursing team has been working hard to explore the characteristics of assisted reproductive and genetic specialty nursing that are different from traditional ward nursing; they pay close attention to patients and work hand in hand with doctors to implement an "integrated medical and nursing work model", extending nursing services before, during, and after diagnosis, as well as before, during, and after hospitalization, to maximize the saving of doctors' time, continuously optimize patient treatment processes, improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency, and improve the medical examination experience; and to maximize the satisfaction and relief of the emotional and psychological needs and changes brought to patients by the assisted reproductive process.

While clinical diagnosis and treatment technology levels and business volume are rapidly improving, we attach importance to the construction of the clinical practice environment for specialty nursing and the cultivation of the professional quality of specialty nursing personnel; we set up two specialty nursing directions of reproduction and genetics, establishing and improving a full range of regulations and systems with the characteristics of reproductive and genetic nursing, establishing and improving nursing quality control standards and standardized nursing service processes for key specialty links to ensure patient safety.
