Surgical Projects: "Mirror" Refinement, Showcasing High-Energy Technology

Hysteroscopic surgical projects currently undertaken by our hospital include: hysteroscopic lysis of intrauterine adhesions, resection of uterine septum, uterine septum repair, unicornuate uterus repair, T-shaped uterus repair, resection of submucosal uterine fibroids, removal of endometrial polyps, repair of cesarean section diverticulum, fallopian tube blockage, treatment of endometrial hyperplasia/endometrial lesions, removal of intrauterine foreign bodies, removal of retained products of conception, removal of impacted rings, resection of vaginal septum, etc.

Laparoscopic surgical projects currently undertaken by our hospital include: laparoscopic lysis of pelvic adhesions, fallopian tube recanalization, fallopian tube clipping, surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy (including combined intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancy, ovarian pregnancy, abdominal pregnancy, etc.), treatment of endometriosis, surgery for benign ovarian tumors, fertility-preserving ovarian cryopreservation, post-ovulation bleeding, ovarian torsion, treatment of ruptured ovarian corpus luteum, cervical cerclage, myomectomy, resection of adenomyosis lesions, etc.

The endometrial transplantation surgery newly launched in 2018 can provide effective treatment for patients with poor endometrial conditions and endometrial damage after multiple intrauterine adhesion surgeries. The adenomyosis lesion resection surgery launched in 2019 can provide hope for fertility for patients with poor drug treatment effects, difficult and complex conditions, and a strong desire for fertility. Seven patients have successfully given birth to healthy babies. In 2021, the annual surgical volume of the Minimally Invasive Gynecology Center has exceeded 35,000 cases, including 26,858 hysteroscopic surgeries, with a cumulative postoperative pregnancy rate of 70.53%. The neonatal birth rate after combined intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancy surgery is 79.41%, and the ovarian preservation rate after ovarian torsion and rupture surgery is over 90%.
