V. Technical Parameter Requirements:
1. Integrate a genetic disease facial recognition system. The system covers user interface, underlying AI algorithm, database storage, case management, statistics, and other functions, including interfaces for reserved expansion functions.
2. Able to detect no less than 100 types of genetic diseases;
3. Able to perform rapid analysis of genetic diseases;
4. Overall recognition accuracy ≥90%;
5. Able to record patient information, including name, gender, age, clinical manifestations, etc., and classify and manage detected cases for convenient follow-up and review;
VI. Supplier Qualification Requirements:
1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability;
2. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;
3. In the three years prior to participating in this Bidding activity, there has been no major violation of laws in business operations;
4. Before the Bidding deadline, has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, major tax violation cases, or the list of serious violations of government procurement;
5. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
