The CITIC Xiangya Reproductive and Genetic Specialty Hospital invites bidders to participate in a quotation procurement for a pharmaceutical industry database service project.
Quotation procurement is underway.
I. Project Overview
1. Project Name: Pharmaceutical Industry Database Service Project
2. Project Duration: 2 years
3. Maximum Price Limit: 50,000 RMB (inclusive of tax)

II. Project Requirements:
1. Drug Bidding: Requires providing real-time updated drug bidding information from all 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, as well as inter-provincial alliances. It should possess intelligent and precise analysis capabilities for analyzing bidding price trends.
2. National Drug Concentrated Volume Procurement: Requires providing information on selected drugs under volume procurement, including the procurement volume of related drugs. It should combine the agreed procurement volume with the selection results to facilitate systematic query of quantity and price results, and provide an intelligent visualization analysis system.
3. China Medical Device and Consumables Bidding: Requires providing bidding information on consumables published by provincial and municipal pharmaceutical and medical equipment procurement centers, including basic product information, product Price, price source, and bidding information, along with links to original documents.
4. China Medical Device Volume Procurement: Requires providing data on medical device volume procurement published by provincial and municipal procurement centers and hospitals that have publicly released relevant documents. It should allow for quicker access to market hotspot data and provide more convenient statistical analysis functions.
5. China Hospital Medical Device Bidding: Requires providing bidding information on medical devices from hospitals across China's provinces and regions. It should allow for quick retrieval of information such as the purchaser, supplier, procurement quantity, unit price, and bid price using keywords such as title, project name, Product Name, and Brand.
6. Medical Equipment Bidding: Requires providing detailed bidding information on medical equipment from various regions in China. The database should allow for quick access to detailed bidding information for various enterprises.
7. Global Medical Device Product Instructions: Requires providing medical device product details, parameters, instructions, and packaging attachments.

III. Acceptance Standards and Methods:
1. Delivery Requirements:
Delivery Time: The official account will be activated within 5 working days of contract signing and payment completion.
Service Term: 2 years
Access Method: PC and mobile APP
2. Acceptance:
The Party A will organize acceptance within 10 working days after the official account is activated. During acceptance, Party A will inspect and sign off on the database provided by Party B according to the service content and technical requirements in this procurement document.

IV. Service Requirements:
1. Provide 2 years of access to the pharmaceutical industry database and its sub-databases.
2. Provide at least one account (simultaneous online access for PC and mobile ends). Specific permissions must include but are not limited to the service content in section two.
3. Support simultaneous online use by at least 2 users.

V. After-sale Service Requirements
1. Malfunctions: Guarantee that the database's functional modules are available 24 hours a day. If any malfunction is detected, the Party B should promptly notify Party A and repair and resolve it.
2. Response time: 0.5 hours. 24-hour customer service hotline (Tel/email/platform system/WeChat, etc.).
3. Dedicated customer service personnel will provide After-sale Service through various methods including but not limited to Tel and WeChat, guiding users in resolving problems and questions to ensure normal database use.
4. Provide regular training for our company's staff and data users to ensure that they are up-to-date with new products and features, providing users with higher quality services.

VI. Business Requirements:
1. Delivery Time: Delivery to the designated location of Party A within 5 working days of contract signing.
2. Delivery Location: Party A's designated location.
3. Payment Method: Installment payment, with the initial payment not exceeding 50%.

VII. Qualification Requirements
1. The bidding unit must be registered within the People's Republic of China and comply with the provisions of Article 22, Paragraph 1 of the Government Procurement Law, namely:
(1) Having the ability to independently assume civil liability;
(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Having the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;
(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) Having no major illegal records in business activities in the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2. Different bidders whose legal representatives are the same person, or who have direct controlling or management relationships, may not participate in this bidding activity for the same contract item;

VIII. Quotation Requirements
Please provide the following information and one set of copies of relevant documents. Copies must be clear and stamped with the company's official seal:

4. Business and technical documents;
