2	China Birth Defects Intervention and Relief Foundation—Birth Defects Relief Project (Functional Birth Defects Relief)	1. Specific diseases covered are listed in the "List of Diseases Covered by the Birth Defects Relief Project"; 2. 18 years old (inclusive) or younger; 3. 3	Clinical Research Project on Preimplantation Genetic Testing Combined with Prenatal Diagnosis for Mitochondrial Genetic Diseases	1. Women carrying pathogenic mitochondrial DNA mutations who wish to use PGT for reproduction;	1. Women who have been identified as carrying pathogenic mitochondrial DNA mutations; their families can receive free mitochondrial DNA mutation testing; 2. Couples who Enter PGT can have the mitochondrial DNA mutation-related embryo testing fee waived; 3. Couples who become pregnant through PGT can have the mitochondrial DNA mutation-related prenatal diagnosis fee waived during pregnancy; 4. 4	Preimplantation Chromosomal Structural Abnormality Detection Project - Clinical Trial	If you meet all three of the following conditions, you can participate in this trial: 1. Patients with chromosomal structural abnormalities (including reciprocal translocations and Robertsonian translocations) in one of the couple, who wish to undergo in vitro fertilization; 2. Have a family peripheral blood sample with a qualified karyotype (the family meets any of the following conditions) A. The subject couple; B. 5	Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy - Clinical Trial	Meet all of the following inclusion criteria: 1. The couple meets at least one of the following indications: ① Women aged 35 and above undergoing in-vitro fertilization; ② Couples where one or both partners have chromosomal abnormalities; ③ Three or more IVF implantation failures; ④ Three or more miscarriages; ⑤ Couples who have given birth to a child with chromosomal abnormalities. 2. Trophectoderm biopsy samples from embryos that have developed to the blastocyst stage. Note: The above inclusion criteria are basic requirements. The final decision on inclusion will be made by the research physician based on all inclusion and exclusion criteria. Participants will receive a trial subsidy.
