CITIC Xiangya Reproductive and Genetic Specialty Hospital invites bidders to conduct price inquiry and procurement for the 2025 clean air conditioning filter replacement service project.

I. Project Overview

1. Project Name: 2025 Clean Air Conditioning Consumables Replacement and Maintenance Service Project

2. Project Duration: 1 year

3. Maximum Price Limit: 498,000 (including tax)

II. Project Requirements Summary:

1. Annual replacement of fresh air, primary efficiency, medium efficiency filters, and high-efficiency filters in all purification areas for 20 sets of clean air conditioners in the hospital. Fresh air filters are replaced monthly, primary and medium efficiency filters are replaced quarterly, and high-efficiency filters are replaced annually.

2. Monitor parameters such as air volume and air pressure of equipment in all clean areas, and adjust them in a timely manner based on the needs of various departments.

III. Qualification Requirements

1. The bidding unit must be registered in the People's Republic of China and must comply with the provisions of Article 22, Paragraph 1 of the "Government Procurement Law", namely:

(1) Having the ability to independently assume civil liability;

(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

(3) Having the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to perform the contract;

(4) Having no major violations in business operations in the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;

(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

2. Different bidders whose legal representatives are the same person or who have direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in this bidding activity under the same contract item;
