Market Research Announcement for Functional Medicine Third-Party Testing Services

CITIC Xiangya Reproductive and Genetic Specialty Hospital is conducting market research and price negotiations for the following Functional Medicine testing items, inviting qualified suppliers to participate in the market research. The project requirements are now announced, with the announcement period from March 10 to March 31, 2025. The relevant matters are as follows:

I. Research Matters: Functional Medicine Third-Party Testing Services

II Demand Summary:

A third party will provide testing services to the hospital, including sample quantitative analysis testing, sampling consumables supply, sample transportation, project management, etc., and issue test reports and experimental data.

Requirements Testing items are as follows: ：

Supplier Qualification Requirements 5) Has no illegal records in business activities in the past three years;

6) Other conditions prescribed by laws and administrative regulations; IV. Project Basics ：

1. 1. Requirements Bidders must strictly follow the requirements of the National Health Commission to conduct quality control in the laboratory, ensuring that operations are conducted according to 。
   2. ISO15189 procedures and have the capacity to continuously complete the above-mentioned testing service items.
   3. Bidders must possess the qualifications to conduct the testing items under this contract and issue reports, and must operate strictly in accordance with national testing standards. They must assume legal responsibility for the test reports. Regarding the content of the test reports, they will accept the consultation of the bidder and retain the final interpretation rights.
   4. Testing fees include the provision of all relevant consumables for specimen collection and express delivery services, including receiving specimens from the hospital and the patient's location. No fees will be charged for resampling due to collection errors.
   5. Provide test reports in the format required by the bidder.
   6. If errors occur in the issued test report due to bidder error, the bidder must retest the erroneous testing items, and the bidder will bear the costs of sampling consumables, transportation, and testing. The losses incurred by the bidder will be resolved through mutual consultation. If no agreement can be reached, the bidder has the right to terminate the contract.
   7. Provide training to operators on specimen collection and preservation for testing items.
   8. Specimens sent by the bidder will be disposed of by the bidder (except in special circumstances). Except as required by government agencies or judicial institutions, the bidder guarantees the confidentiality of submitted samples and test results.
   9. Without the written permission of the other party, neither party shall disclose the following content of this agreement to a third party: scope, content, method, and cost of cooperation; responsibilities of both parties; methods of dispute resolution.

If the testing work ultimately fails due to a breach of contract by the bidder (including but not limited to: failure to provide test results on time, provision of erroneous test results), all losses incurred by both parties shall be borne entirely by the bidder.

V. Submission of Research Materials:

• Qualified suppliers must prepare the research documents in the following order:

Detailed product quotation; ②Supplier 《Business License》 ；

≥3 copies of invoices from domestic hospitals in use; ;
